Finance Coordinator | Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle checks, AP invoices and accounting entries for a non-profit organization.
  • Prepare payroll for roughly 40 employees twice a month.
  • Work with software including QuickBooks, Paylocity and Bill.com
  • Log into our operating bank accounts and make transfers and ACH payments.
  • Help with the membership department during on-air pledge drives.
  • Assist senior management with administrative needs of the organization.

TV Master Control | Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate television facility, including but not limited to On-Air Switching, Transmitter Operation and logging, Network Recording, Program Dubbing and Editing, Quality Control, and server-based record / playback system during studio productions.
  • Position works closely with traffic management and software.
  • Works as scheduled by the Master Control Supervisor to facilitate seamless operation of 24/7/365 broadcast digital TV and FM operation from WKNO’s Master Control facility.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Director of Technology and Master Control Supervisor.

TV Master Control | Part Time

WKNO-FM On Air Announcer | Part Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to read, write and announce copy in a conversational style.
  • Strong storytelling ability.
  • Ability to operate studio and remote equipment.
  • Ability to fill other news shifts as needed.
  • Participate in all station on-air membership drives and other station community events as scheduled.
  • Work cooperatively with others to further the missions and goals of the organization.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
